Although the primary focus for this rebuild phase is on the homes of families of Amor Viviente - New Orleans, there are still repairs that need to be done to the physical plant of the church. Unfortunately, the church did not have insurance to cover the hurricane damage.

Much of the major work has been done on the building; however, Pastor Karl Bernhard has a desire to complete the remaining projects inside. He also has a vision to repair and fix up the outside. The church is located in a strategic location which is highly populated. Amor Viviente - New Orleans has been a shining light for the past nine years in that area and now they have an even greater opportunity to be a witness to the community and to share the saving gospel message of Jesus Christ.
