Jesus is not only the chief corner stone of the church,
He is also the head. How can the local church be governed
or led in such a way that the headship of Christ is reality?
How would government like that be structured? How would
it function?
Government can be viewed as something confining or seem
like something that might inhibit freedom. However, when
understood, government and biblical leadership actually
releases and empowers! Awesome things can happen when
God is allowed to mediate His rule through a team of leaders
chosen by the congregation. |
