How to Get to Where I'm Going

The name Nehemiah means the Lord’s comfort. God used this man to do just that for His people in a time when they needed comfort the most. As a nation they had been in exile many years. Nehemiah himself lived in a city eight hundred miles from his home land and Jerusalem.

It would be easy to just get detached, desensitized, and leave well enough alone. However, the Lord had other plans in mind. There was a place to go and things to do.

For us today, this Old Testament book of Nehemiah is a great guide for this topic of how to get to where we're going. Together we’ll learn about getting vision, solving problems, making plans, and going the distance for the glory of the Lord.
